Expect daily yoga classes, yoga workshops, beach time, excursions to the old town, and delicious healthy food.

~ Yoga Workshops to deepen your practice and better understand how to do the poses for your body

7:30 - 8am meditation
8 - 9:30am energizing vinyasa yoga
9:30 - 10:30am buffet breakfast
10:30 - 2:00pm yoga workshop/excursion/free time/beach time
2 - 3pm lunch
3 - 6 pm free time/beach time/excursion
6 pm - 7:30pm evening yoga
8 - 9pm dinner

Flight Information
There are very affordable flights to Spain these days!
Included in your cost is private shuttle transportation from Valencia Airport to the Retreat Center on the first day at 3pm and on the last day of the retreat. Please schedule your arrival flight to coincide with this pickup on the first day.
